2025 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic
The 2025 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is back and bigger than ever, and this year, it’s bringing serious star power to the plate. Celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina, both James Beard Award winners, are headlining the festival with signature tasting experiences that promise to turn your weekend into a culinary adventure.
A Weekend of Food, Flavor, and Fun
Mark your calendars for Friday, November 14, and Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm each evening. Set along the scenic causeway between the Swan and Dolphin hotels, the festival transforms into a lively street party filled with gourmet food, global wines, craft beers, and live entertainment.
Guests can explore dishes from 23 restaurants and lounges, sample from themed areas like Chinatown, Carnival Corner, and For the Love of Florida, and enjoy unlimited food and beverage tastings for four full hours each night.
Celebrity Chef Experiences That Steal the Show
This year, the Food & Wine Classic kicks things up a notch. For the first time, both Todd English and Michael Mina will host exclusive signature tasting experiences.
- Friday, Nov. 14: “A Culinary Journey Through Asia” with Chef Todd English
Guests will savor five exquisite courses including bluefin tuna trio, miso carbonara udon, and Koji-cured short rib, each paired with premium sake or wine. - Saturday, Nov. 15: “A Global Inspired Tour With Flair” with Chef Michael Mina
Expect a storytelling dinner filled with humor, heart, and world-class flavor — from bacon-wrapped scallops to white truffle agnolotti and Mina’s famous Bourbon Steak candy bar.
