On Wednesday, October 1 at 6:30 pm, Four Flamingos will host an elegant five-course wine pairing dinner.

Chef de Cuisine Josue Perez has curated a menu that expertly pairs dishes like ceviche tacos, halibut, duck confit roulade, and Korean short ribs with selections from The Prisoner wine portfolio.

Seating is limited for this special evening, so we strongly suggest you make reservations.

Pricing: $150 per person, plus taxes and fees

The Return of Stone Crab Brunch

The fan-favorite Stone Crab Brunch will be returning on Sunday, October 26, from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.

During the brunch, guests will enjoy bottomless Florida Stone Crab, fresh oysters, poached Canaveral shrimp, snow crab claws, and salmon ceviche served with the restaurant’s iconic Floribbean twist.

Guests can also indulge in more traditional brunch options, including a carving station, ricotta pancakes, and a dessert bar.

Pricing for this epic brunch is $170 per adult and $85 for kids under 12, with optional unlimited sangria for $32. All prices do not include taxes and fees.

Please note that Four Flamingos will be open only for the Stone Crab Brunch this day and will not offer dinner service.

Four Flamingos Cocktail Class Series Continues

Led by Chief Mixologist Macarena Portales, this cocktail class series combines hands-on mixology with expertly paired small plates.

Each class costs $65 per person and offers a chance to learn, sip, and savor in style.

  • September 26, 2025: Bacardi Cocktail Class: Barrel-aged rums paired with Char Siu Pork and Wagyu Ribeye.
  • November 28, 2025: Espresso Martini Class: Fall-inspired twists on a cocktail classic.
  • December 19, 2025: Holiday Cocktail Class: Festive sips with seasonal surprises.
