Spooky Sips at The Edison: Halloween Cocktails at Disney Springs

There’s something special about finding a spot that turns an ordinary evening out into an experience. On a recent date night at Disney Springs, we decided to revisit an old favorite…The Edison, where the industrial-inspired atmosphere, live jazz, and beautifully crafted drinks made for a memorable evening.
And if you love Halloween themed “spirits” in your glass, there’s another reason to put The Edison on your radar.
The restaurant’s limited-time Halloween drinks feature creative names, festive presentations, and combinations of ingredients that make them stand out from your everyday cocktail menu.
Even better is that there is a nonalcoholic option for those who want to join the fun without the alcohol!
Important timing note: These Halloween offerings are available through October 31, 2026, so this is a limited-time opportunity to try them.
Halloween Cocktails at The Edison
This Halloween, The Edison is offering three cocktails with spirits and one festive mocktail.
The libations range from $13 to $20, before tax and gratuity.
Blood Donor — $20
Ingredients: Bacardi Superior rum, Aperol, Solerno blood orange liqueur, and lime juice.
The name alone sets the Halloween mood! The Blood Donor combines rum with Aperol, blood orange liqueur, and lime juice for a cocktail built around citrus-forward ingredients.
At $20, it’s the highest-priced drink in this seasonal lineup, but this is a hand-craft (not batch made) cocktail that packs quite a smoky punch!
It’s also a fun option to consider if you’re looking for a cocktail that feels a little more theatrical than your standard night-out order.

The Alleycat — $19
Ingredients: Dos Hombres tequila, orange juice, agave nectar, lime juice, and a beet juice float.
The Alleycat brings together tequila and citrus, with agave nectar adding sweetness and a beet juice float providing a dramatic finishing touch.
It’s a playful addition to the Halloween menu, combining familiar cocktail ingredients with a presentation suited to the season.
If you aren’t a fan of beets, don’t shy away from The Alleycat! The juice itself is sweet with a slightly earthy twang that mingles with the flavors beautifully.
Of the three cocktails, this was my personal favorite!!!

Hallowed By Thy Grove — $18
Ingredients: Dos Hombres mezcal, Dos Hombres tequila, crème de mûre, barrel-aged maple syrup, lemon, lime, and cardamom bitters.
For those who enjoy a cocktail with a more complex ingredient list, Hallowed By Thy Grove combines tequila and mezcal with berry liqueur, maple syrup, citrus, and cardamom bitters.
The combination brings together smoky, fruity, sweet, and citrus elements in one seasonal creation.
I’m not going to skirt around it, this drink took me a few sips to settle into. However, once I did it was enjoyable.
It’s a distinctive option for anyone looking to try something beyond a traditional margarita or rum cocktail.

The Franken Fizz — $13
Ingredients: Tangerine juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and edible glitter.
Not drinking alcohol? You haven’t been left out of the Halloween fun!
The Franken Fizz is the lineup’s festive mocktail, combining fruit juices with edible glitter for a colorful seasonal drink.
At $13, it’s a way to enjoy a special-looking beverage without ordering an alcoholic cocktail.
Whether you’re the designated driver or simply prefer nonalcoholic drinks, it’s nice to see an option that feels like part of the celebration rather than an afterthought.

More Than Just a Drink at The Edison
One of the things I enjoyed about our evening at The Edison was the atmosphere!
The restaurant has a distinctive industrial-inspired design, with dramatic lighting and details that give it plenty of character. Despite the theatrical surroundings, the experience felt approachable and enjoyable rather than intimidating and “too much.”

The Edison’s live music added another layer to the evening that I wasn’t prepared for!
The jazz trio played familiar favorites that sometimes had us catching ourselves singing along.
And the drinks? They were strong, but not so strong that the artistry behind their creation was lost. It was a nice balance between enjoying a well-made cocktail and appreciating the thought that went into it.
That combination of atmosphere, entertainment, and creative drinks makes The Edison an option worth considering when planning an evening at Disney Springs.
